Synopsis

Utena Hiiragi is an ordinary girl who loves magical girls. One day, she encounters a mascot-like creature who seems to be able to grant the ability to transform. The creature casts a mysterious spell on her! Thinking that she is finally a magical girl, her appearance is not what she expected?! To her surprise, she finds herself in the outfit of a female executive of an evil organization! What's going to happen to her?!
