Synopsis

Year 2008–– A mysterious force rids Japan of anime, games, manga, music, railroads, cosplay, and all otaku culture. Merchandise is recalled, and even as the so-called customs oppress the otakus, the public turns a blind eye as if they have lost their pride. Just as otakus are thought to be wiped by the SSC, the organization which maintains order, a rebellion rises to regain the blockaded Akiba. A young revolutionist, Otaku Hero, is a man who loves Akiba and otaku culture more than anything, and more than anyone in the world. Along with him comes three magical girls – Anarchy, Blue, and Pink. In 2011, otakus flock to the flag of freedom in Japan. The Akiba revolutionary squad takes on SHOBON, the head of the SSC, in a heroic battle. They destroy peace and order, all to create a world where they can say what they like, as much as they like. Otakus who have gathered at the flag of freedom, let’s take back our culture – in a storm of OTAKU COUNTER CULTURE!
